New Year’s Day Intentional Yin Yoga Journey is a two-hour restorative experience designed to help you release the weight of the past year and consciously call in what you’re ready to create next.
We’ll begin with gentle grounding and guided journaling, using reflective prompts to honor where you’ve been and clarify your intentions for the year ahead. From there, you’ll be held in a nourishing yin yoga practice — long, supported holds with plenty of props to unwind tension deep in the fascia, calm the nervous system, and create spaciousness in body, mind, and heart.
As you rest in each shape, subtle energy work and hands-on support (as desired) will help you soften layers of the body, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and anchor your intentions on an energetic level. We’ll close our time together with a japa (mantra) meditation and space for final reflections to consciously seal your New Year intention. This integration helps the practice settle into your body and spirit, so you leave feeling clear, grounded, and fully supported — ready to step into the year with greater presence, trust, and ease.
