Private Yoga

  • A 6-week private yoga foundation for beginners

    The Groundwork is Samata’s private yoga foundation program for beginners, returning students, or anyone seeking a more personal and supported entry into yoga.

    Over six weeks, you’ll build a steady relationship with your body, breath, and practice through one-on-one sessions designed around your needs. Together, we focus on movement, nervous system regulation, foundational strength, mobility, and confidence — so you can feel truly at home in your practice.

  • A 6-week private yoga immersion for deeper practice + personal transformation

    The Embodied Method is Samata’s private yoga program for students who are ready to deepen beyond the basics and build a more intentional, intelligent, and integrated practice.

    Over six weeks, you’ll receive one-on-one support tailored to your body, goals, and growth. Together, we refine movement, breath, stability, mobility, nervous system awareness, and self-trust — helping you feel more connected not only in your practice, but in your life.

  • A 6-week yoga teacher mentorship + personal practice immersion

    The Inside Out Method is Samata’s private mentorship experience for yoga teachers, aspiring teachers, and devoted students who are ready to deepen their practice, refine their voice, and teach with greater clarity and integrity.

    Over six weeks, you’ll receive one-on-one support in personal practice, sequencing, cueing, philosophy, presence, and the deeper art of holding space. This program is designed to help you move beyond imitation and into a more embodied, authentic expression of your teaching.

Community classes

  • A signature Samata experience designed to support your body, mind, and energy system. Our classes are rooted in the foundations of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, which form the basis of our class structure and sequencing. Each teacher brings their own unique approach, training, and specialty to the experience.

  • Move into deep stillness with a thoughtfully curated sequence of supportive Yin postures. Using props to soften the body into each shape, this practice invites you to unwind tension held beneath the surface and settle into a quiet, meditative space. Suitable for all levels, Yin at Samata restores balance in the body–mind and guides you toward a calmer, more spacious inner state.

  • A special take on our signature Yin Yoga practice, this 75-minute class weaves stillness with healing sound. Settle into a curated sequence of supported Yin postures, using props to soften the body and invite a meditative inner quiet. Class concludes with a restorative sound bath featuring seven crystal bowls, koshi chimes, and gong—guiding the body-mind into deep relaxation, subtle healing, and spacious restoration. Suitable for all levels, this offering is an immersion into balance, calm, and the softer layers of your practice.
