Our offerings

    Private yoga

    The private yoga practice is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Sessions may include āsana (postures), prāṇāyāma (breathwork), meditation, and more.

    Together, we’ll explore what nurtures your focus, balance, and wellbeing through a practice that meets you where you are and supports where you’re headed next.

    Community classes

    When we practice together, we remind each other of what’s possible. Our community classes are intentionally designed to support your focus, balance, and wellbeing, blending āsana (postures), prāṇāyāma (breathwork), meditation, and moments of stillness.

    Challenging and grounded in care, community classes are an invitation to learn and grow in community.

    Personal training

    Personal training is offered in partnership with our extended family at JD Fitness, a team that shares our commitment to supporting lifelong transformation.

    Whether you're building strength, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to feel more at home in your body, JD Fitness brings decades of expertise in personal training, fascial stretch, and massage therapy to support your evolution.

Community classes

  • Our signature 60-minute class connecting the flow of breath with mindful, Hatha Vinyasa movement. Suitable for all levels, this class encourages students to establish a steady anchor to the breath while engaging in dynamic postures.

  • Our signature 75-minute class combines the grounding principles of Hatha Yoga with the fluid movement of Vinyasa. You'll experience a steady, mindful flow of postures focusing on alignment, strength and breath connection. The class offers a balance between active sequences and deeper holds, promoting both physical endurance and mental clarity. Suitable for all levels, it encourages a harmonious blend of effort and ease.

  • Our signature 90-minute yoga class offers many aspects of the practice in one fluid experience. For that reason, this class is open to all, but it is recommended to have some experience in asana prior to attending as we will expand and deepen upon these foundations.

  • Our Rise + Flow yoga class is an energizing morning practice designed to awaken your body and mind through dynamic, flowing sequences. With a focus on breath and movement, this class helps you build strength and flexibility while setting a positive tone for your day. It's a refreshing way to elevate your energy and cultivate mindfulness, suitable for all levels.

  • Our signature 60-minute Harmonizing Yin class centers around stillness in a curated sequence of yin yoga postures, allowing for a meditative experience. Yin yoga is the holding of postures in a relaxed state with the use of props. Suitable for all levels, this class unblocks and unwinds tension in the body-mind for a more peaceful inner state.

  • A special take on our signature Harmonizing Yin, this 75-minute class ends with a sound healing experience. The harmony of yin yoga and sound offers a meditative experience with the frequency of 7 crystal sound bowls, koshi chimes and gong. Suitable for all levels, this class encourages deep relaxation, healing and restoration.
