Fall Clean Up Wellness Experiences

As part of this year’s Fall Clean Up, we’re offering community Wellness Experiences. Each event is designed to help you disrupt old patterns, build healthier habits, and strengthen your sense of community. You’ll also earn 25 points for every event you attend, with a 300-point bonus if you make it to all five. It’s a chance to grow stronger while sharing the journey with others.

    Guided meditation

    Take a moment to pause. Through simple breathing and mindfulness techniques, this session helps you reset your focus, reduce stress, and make space for lasting change.

    Community yoga

    Let’s flow together. You’ll stretch, strengthen, and leave feeling centered, balanced, and ready for what’s ahead.

    Evening Buddha and dining

    Challenge your body with Buddha Fitness, working in and out, then refuel and connect over a nourishing meal.
