Option 1: Essential Groundwork
6 private sessions over 6 weeks
(1 session per week)
Best for someone wanting a gentle but steady introduction.
Option 2: Immersive Groundwork
12 private sessions over 6 weeks
(2 sessions per week)
Best for someone who wants stronger accountability, faster embodiment, & deeper support.
Both options include:
private 1:1 yoga sessions
personalized movement + breath instruction
short at-home practices
teacher support and progression
a final integration plan for what comes next
